Returns and Refunds



Please let us know your reasons for returns and/or exchange requirements within 7 days of receiving the order.

We will happily accept returns of items that do not fit correctly and exchange them for the correct size depending on availability and within 7 days of order delivery.

If you are unhappy with the fit or the product is faulty, we will credit your original payment method after we get it back from you. Incase the mode of payment is Cash on Delivery we will transfer the money to your desired bank account. 

We are unable to exchange or refund used, laundered or customer damaged goods.

Please place the unused, unwashed, resalable product with original tags in a secure and waterproof postal bag.

The cost of delivery for returns/refunds is not refundable, but we will gladly cover the cost of delivering replacement items to you if it's within India. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the same terms to international customers and shipping charges would apply.

Please allow up to 7 working days for exchanges/refunds to be processed once we receive them.

We will keep you updated on the status of your exchange/refund.


If you'd like to cancel your order, please send us an email at within 24 hours and we'll sort it out. Easy breezy.


Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us. We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order. Email us if your clothes do not arrive and we'll get in touch with our courier company to track down the package. It is safer if you can have your items delivered when you are present, so provide a secure daytime delivery address where possible.
